Transfers: Tottenham striker Vincent Janssen discusses his future amid West Brom speculation

Vincent Janssen hasn’t ruled out the possibility of leaving Tottenham Hotspur before this evening’s deadline, amid speculation that West Brom have made a substantial bid for the striker.
Albion were said to be interested in a double deal with Spurs involving Janssen and former teammate Kevin Wimmer, though the latter has since completed a permanent move to Stoke City.
With Swansea accepting a bid from Tottenham for striker Fernando Llorente, Janssen’s future at White Hart Lane/Wembley (delete as applicable) appears uncertain.

And Albion are being tipped for a move to strengthen their forward line, though Nacer Chadli would likely need to make way to fund such a deal.
“You’re never happy with [being a backup], everyone wants to play, but the situation is so,” Janssen told the Dutch press of his situation.
“If I’m staying? I do not want to say too much about it at the moment. I want to focus on the Netherlands, The other questions I leave for later.”
